These terms explain how OwlBell works with clients. They are meant to be clear and practical for a small UK-based service business. They are not formal legal advice.
1. Service overview
OwlBell provides Google Business Profile, review reply, review request system, photos, services, posts and local trust signal improvement services for trades businesses.
2. No fake reviews
OwlBell does not create fake reviews, buy reviews, provide review incentives, manipulate ratings or guarantee review outcomes.
3. No ranking guarantees
OwlBell does not guarantee Google rankings, lead volume, call volume, revenue or specific search placement.
4. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring business information provided to OwlBell is accurate and lawful.
5. Google Business Profile access
Clients should not share passwords. If implementation is required, clients may invite OwlBell as a manager to their Business Profile where appropriate.
6. Payments
For early clients, payment is by bank transfer invoice. Work begins once payment has been received. One-time packages are paid upfront.
7. Delivery
Deliverables are usually provided by email, Google Docs or similar written format.
8. Refunds
Because the work is custom research, writing and setup work, refunds are not normally provided once work has started, unless OwlBell fails to deliver the agreed work.
9. Communication
Work can be handled by email. No call is required unless separately agreed.
10. Limitation
OwlBell provides practical marketing and profile improvement support, not legal advice, financial advice or official Google support.
